Had an issue with the pool consistently losing water. Jason Hernandez came out and did a thorough investigation of where the possible leaks could be. Told me that if I wanted to watch the whole process I was welcome to do so. I elected to do so as he put on his wet suit to examine the pool. He checked every single point that could be a problem and found two areas. The skimmer and main drain. Took videos and showed them to me. Scheduled the repair department to come out within two weeks and followed up to make sure they were coming out. This company certainly appears to be the real deal!
